Property Photographer, Floor Planner & Videographer – We have roles for fully trained property photographers plus the opportunity for trainee roles.
Ikaroa360 is an innovative, creative Digital Marketing Agency working in the property sector producing eye-catching marketing solutions for property professionals across the UK. Our Offices are based in Central London. We are innovating Photography, Floor Plans, Architectural Visualisation, 3D Scanning and 360° Virtual Tours, to name just a few of our services.
You will have impeccable people skills and be able to liaise confidently with clients daily. You will be well presented and possess excellent time-keeping attributes; you must be a team player with a can-do attitude to work. In addition, you must be efficient, independent, self-sufficient, problem-solving and self-motivated. The job is not an office-based role that will involve traveling using public transport or driving significant amounts daily.
Ideally, you will have two years of commercial photography experience and in-depth knowledge of DSLRs. The right candidate will also need to be familiar with sketching floor plans, but we would consider offering training to the right person as a trainee.
You will either have a clean full driving license or the right candidate. You may be able to travel from job to job using public transport. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Professionally photographing residential and commercial Properties.
• Accurately measuring properties for Floor Plans
• Capturing 360° Virtual Tour Images
• Liaising with clients
• Sending through jobs on the day of completion
• You will be working remotely and in the field photographing properties
• Company Car or running your car
• Digital SLR and relevant equipment
